Dr. Judith P. Antonino

Professor V

College of Home Science and Industry, CLSU, Science City of Muñoz, Nueva Ecija

Dr. Judith P. Antonino is an incumbent Dean and Gender and Development Focal Person of the College of Home Science and Industry and currently a Professor V at the Department of Food Science and Technology, Central Luzon State University. She earned her Doctor of Philosophy in Home Economics from University of the Philippines, Diliman, Quezon City in 2004. She is a Post Doctoral fellow of Oklahoma State University, College of Human Sciences, Department of Human Nutrition under USAID-STRIDE scholarship program. Her recent research undertakings focused on food innovation and functional Food.

Dr. Alona T. Badua

College of Agriculture, CLSU, Science City of Muñoz, Nueva Ecija

Alona T. Badua is the current Acting Dean of the College of Agriculture. She finished her Phd in Veterinary Science from Chiang Mai University, Thailand. Her research interests include antimicrobial resistance and meat and animal products processing. She is a member of the Philippine Veterinary Medical Association and the Philippine Society of Animal Science.

Dr. Karenina A. Bernardez-Romualdo

Karenina A. Bernardez-Romualdo, PhDBA is an Associate Professor I in the College of Business Administration And Accountancy (CBAA) in Central Luzon State University (CLSU). She is currently the Acting Dean of the CBAA and previously served as the Department Head of the Business Administration Department and was a College Graduate Program Coordinator (CGPC) of the Master Of Business Administration Program. Her research interest includes business management, marketing management, sales, and communication and distribution channel management in marketing.

Dr. Irene G. Bustos

Irene G. Bustos is currently the Dean of the Office of Student Affairs. She has been in the student affairs and services and guidance and counseling profession for more than three decades now. Dr. Bustos completed her Ph.D. in Education (Guidance) from the University of the Philippines -Diliman. She is a Registered Guidance Counselor and Psychometrician, a GAD focal person, Coordinator of the Anti-Sexual Harassment Unit and facilitator of trainings/seminars/webinars on soft skills and competency development.

Dr. Angeles M. De Leon

Dr. Angeles M. De Leon is currently the Acting Dean of the College of Science. She is a Professor in the Department of Biological Sciences where she served as the head for the last 6 years. Dr. De Leon finished her PhD in Biological Sciences at the University of Santo Tomas, Manila and pursued post-doctoral research at the University of Arkansas, USA under the Fulbright Philippines Agriculture Education Foundation. Her research interest is on Ethnomycology and considered as one of the pioneers of ethnomycological research in the Philippines. A prolific researcher, Dr. De Leon ranked # 14 in CLSU and #714 in the Philippines by the AD Scientific Index World Scientist University ranking. Beyond her professional accomplishments, Dr. De Leon possesses an unwavering commitment to fostering collaboration and connection which can be seen in her associations to numerous organizations like the Mycological Society of the Philippines (MSP) where she previously served as president and a regular member of the National Research Council of the Philippines (NRCP), Academic Research Council (ARC), American Society for Microbiology (ASM), Philippine Science Consortium (PSC), Philippine Society for the Study of Nature (PSSN), Philippine Network of Microbial Culture Collections (PNMCC), Philippine Society for Microbiology (PSM), Natural Products Society of the Philippines (NPSP), among others.

Dr. Lorenz Javier Fajardo

College of Fisheries – Freshwater Aquaculture Center, 2nd floor, Administration Office

Lorenz Javier Fajardo, Ph.D., is the current Acting Dean of the College of Fisheries (CF). She previously served as the Head of the Institute for Climate Change and Environmental Management (ICCEM) and the Head of the Department of Aquatic Resources, Ecology and Management, CF. She obtained her Master of Science in Aquaculture from Ghent University, Belgium and her Doctor of Philosophy in Environmental Science from the University of the Philippines Los Banos.

Dr. Elaida Ruiz Fiegalan

Associate Professor V

Distance, Open, and Transnational University – CLSU, Science City of Munoz, Nueva Ecija

Elaida Ruiz Fiegalan, PhD, is the current Acting Dean of the Distance, Open, and Transnational University. The main thrust of her leadership is quality education through rigid monitoring to ensure that learning outcomes are achieved at the course-, program- and institutional- levels. Concurrent to this, she heads the Plant Pest and Diseases Clinic Surveillance and Research Center which allows her to practice her profession as Entomologist. She is an Insect Taxonomist specializing on Diptera; Drosophilidae, Tephritidae and Agromyzidae are fly groups of her expertise. She conducts research on armyworms as part of her extension work to onion and corn farmers in the region. Stalwart in her dedication to nurture the environment, she works on flies associated with organic matter such as the Black Soldier Fly and mushroom entomo-associates. She teaches both graduate and undergraduate students at the Department of Crop Protection of the College of Agriculture, and pitches in at the Department of Environmental Science of the College of Science.

Dr. Regidor G. Gaboy

College of Education, Central Luzon State University, Science City of Muñoz, Nueva Ecija

Regidor G. Gaboy, PhD, is the present Dean of the College of Education. He previously served as director of the CLSU Center for Educational Resources Development and Services (CERDS). Dr. Gaboy obtained his Doctor of Philosophy major in Development Education with cognates in Development Communication at Central Luzon State University. A distinguished educator and leader, he has been an active lecturer and convener of teacher education trainings focusing on technology-pedagogy integration, educational management and school leadership.

Dr. Noraine Paray Medina

College of Veterinary Science and Medicine, CLSU, Science City of Muñoz, Nueva Ecija

Noraine Paray Medina, PhD., is the current Dean of the College of Veterinary Science and Medicine. Dr. Medinda obtained her PhD in Animal Science at the College of Agriculture in CLSU. She was recognized as Outstanding Veterinarian in the Academe by the Philippine Veterinary Medical Association and Animal Welfare awardee by the Federation of Asean Veterinary Association.

Dr. Cesar V. Ortinero

Office of Admissions, Central Luzon State University, Science City of Munoz, Nueva Ecija

Dr. Cesar Ortinero is a professor of environmental science at the Central Luzon State University, where he also serves as the Dean of Admissions, head of the Expanded Tertiary Education Equivalency and Accreditation Program (ETEEAP), and chair of the University Curriculum Committee. Dr. Ortinero earned his Ph.D. degree in Engineering (Urban and Environmental Engineering) from Kyoto University, Japan. He carries out research on waste management and valorization, environmental toxicology, and drug discovery from sustainable sources.

Dr. Jay C. Santos

College of Arts and Social Sciences, Central Luzon State University, Science City of Muñoz, Nueva Ecija

Jay C. Santos has been affiliated as a faculty member of Central Luzon State University. He currently serves as the dean of College of Arts and Social Sciences. He was the chair of the Psychology Department for two years (2009-2011) and the athletic director for four years (2011-2015). He was a former student-athlete and college basketball coach. He earned his Master of Arts degree in Community Social Psychology from the University of Massachusetts Lowell through the International Fellowships Program (IFP) sponsored by the Ford Foundation. He received his PhD in Health and Human Performance from the University of Florida as a Fulbright scholar. He has presented in local and international academic fora and published on the scholarly areas of athlete development and well-being.
