CLSU Maestro Singers bags titles in the Int’l Choral Festival
The Central Luzon State University (CLSU) Maestro Singers reaped awards in the Leonardo Da Vinci International Choral Festival (Virtual and Online Edition 2021) last July 13 to 16, 2021.
The CLSU-Maestro Singers became the champion in Category V – Virtual Choirs (Gold Diploma – Level 1, Gold Medal) garnering 88, 46 points. They also occupied the 5th place in Category F – Sacred Music, Grand Prix Round (Silver Diploma – Level 2) with 84, 79 points.

The CLSU-Maestro Singers became the champion in Category V – Virtual Choirs (Gold Diploma – Level 1, Gold Medal) garnering 88, 46 points. They also occupied the 5th place in Category F – Sacred Music, Grand Prix Round (Silver Diploma – Level 2) with 84, 79 points.
The competition has a total of 25 participating choirs coming from various parts of the world, such as Philippines, Japan, China, Croatia, Italy, Argentina, Estonia, United States of America, Ukraine, Indonesia, and United Kingdom.
The event was organized by Florence Choral, Italy with their Artistic Director, Mr. Leonardo Sagliocca.
The Maestro singers expressed their heartfelt gratitude for the guidance and support of the University President Dr. Edgar A. Orden, Vice President for Academic Affairs Dr. Renato G. Reyes, and Cultural Affairs Office Head Dr. Jennifer T. De Jesus.
