Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management students of the Central Luzon State University participated in the PhilCan EDUCON Magic7+ Philippine Culinary Cup at the SMX Convention Center and the Executive Chef Networking at the Conrad Hotel from August 3-6, 2022.

During the Chef Networking, Nathaniel Domingo and Kim Velasco had the chance to work with Conrad Manila's Executive Chef Warren Brown and Executive Chef James McFarland of the University of Saskatchewan.

Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management students of the Central Luzon State University participated in the PhilCan EDUCON Magic7+ Philippine Culinary Cup at the SMX Convention Center and the Executive Chef Networking at the Conrad Hotel from August 3-6, 2022.

During the Chef Networking, Nathaniel Domingo and Kim Velasco had the chance to work with Conrad Manila's Executive Chef Warren Brown and Executive Chef James McFarland of the University of Saskatchewan.



Meanwhile, young chefs Raymon Maubog and Maverick Uy won 1st place at the Philippine Culinary Cup after being awarded the Silver Award, the highest among the participating universities. Ms. Jennylynne L. Lubrin and Mr. Jomerick F. Domingo coached the pair. Asst. Prof. Michelle A. Domingo and Ms. Celeste D. Dela Cruz trained the whole team.

The Department of Hospitality and Tourism Management celebrates this victorious feat as this is their first time competing in the said culinary competition.
