CLSU bags 2nd place in the 3-Minute Pitch to Policy Makers

The team of Central Luzon State University (CLSU) headed by Dr. Jay C. Santos won 2nd place for the 3-Minute Pitch to Policy Makers category at the 6th Central Luzon Research Forum themed “Responding to Global Health Challenges through Research: Foundation to Universal Health Care on June 17-18, 2021, via Zoom meetings and Facebook live.
The team of Central Luzon State University (CLSU) headed by Dr. Jay C. Santos won 2nd place for the 3-Minute Pitch to Policy Makers category at the 6th Central Luzon Research Forum themed “Responding to Global Health Challenges through Research: Foundation to Universal Health Care on June 17-18, 2021, via Zoom meetings and Facebook live.
The CLSU team presented the research, “Justifying the Need for a University-based Center for Community Wellness.”
With Dr. Santos are the team members, Dr. Irene G. Bustos, Mr. Angelo R. Dullas, Ms. Kathleen Kay C. Antonio, and Mr. Mark Allan Mananggit.
The said forum aims to bring together institutions engaged in or with interest in health research activities that can have positive impact on regional as well as national health needs.
Other institutions that presented in the same category are Pampanga State Agricultural University which won the first place, Dr. Paulino J. Garcia Memorial Research and Medical Center, Bataan General Hospital and Medical Center, and Bataan Peninsula University.
